Mobile Home Structure Fire - 11/19/2025
On November 19th, a tall black column of smoke prompted 911 calls from the West side of Springdale. The Springdale Fire Department was dispatched and upon arrival, identified the single-story residence as a fully-engulfed abandoned mobile home on Dearing Road.
Ladder 6 was first due and started defensive operations to protect exposures (surrounding structures and brush). Next due engines established water supply, RIT (rapid intervention team), medical, and ventilation assignments, and established multiple attack lines around the house to extinguish the fire.
The following morning, Ladder 6 was dispatched to the same location for reports of reignition and/or smoke coming from the structure.
